What vaccinations does my pet need?

I do not require that pets in my mobile salon be up to date on DHLPP or Bordatella, but instead I urge you do decide, with the help of your vet, what vaccinations are right for your pet. While I do not require proof of your pet's Rabies vaccination, it is required by law in all counties that I service that all dogs over 6 months be current on Rabies. Should your pet bite me, I must report the bite to the proper authorities; pets not current on their vaccination (as required by law), may then be fined by the county. 


Do I have to be home?

You do NOT have to be home! Many of my clients leave me their garage code, or hide a key. You could also leave a key with the neighbors, make me a spare so that it is not left on the property, etc. I try to remain flexible in this regard so that it is as easy as possible for you to keep your dog's regular schedule.


What if I need to cancel?

Last minute cancellations, typically those within 48 hours of the appointment time, cannot be filled. For this reason, last minute cancellations are subject to a $30 fee per-pet, to be paid before or at next scheduled appointment. No showed appointments (those in which I arrive but have no way to access the dog) may be charged up to the full price of the scheduled service.


How long will it take?

Most dogs are finished within 45-60 minutes, although all pet's needs will vary.


Can I watch?

Due to the sensitive nature of grooming (sharp objects on wiggly animals), and for the safety of groomer and pets, no owners are allowed to remain in the trailer during services. 


Do you need to use my water/electrical?

The Wiggle Wagon runs off of its own Honda generator, and we carry plenty of (heated) fresh water!


Do you do cats?

Yes! I am happy to announce that I am doing cats again!


Why does it cost more than my salon?

Mobile grooming is a premium luxury service, including one-on-one attention, express grooming, and all-inclusive packages. Because we work with only one family at a time, we groom less pets in a day and do not have to use kennels or other holding areas.


Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?

Unfortunately, prices are based on amount of product and time and effort required to groom each pet. Multiple animal discounts are not available.


How soon can I get an appointment?
